Michael Agu
He is a Metallurgical & Materials Engineer with an experience spanning over 17 (seventeen) years, 13 of which has been in Managerial Executive positions. In addition to his Engineering Degree Michael has trainings in Project Management, Corrosion, Asset Integrity, and Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies from The Harvard Business School.
Michael has been the CEO of i-Neema for 7 years, over this period he has pioneered the growth and expansion of the company in the Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Mining, sectors/industries, among others.
He overseas operations and strategic business planning that has resulted in several high value partnerships and alliances with multinational blue-chip brands, that has seen the expansion of the company’s product and solution portfolio in Ghana and West Africa.
In his spare time, he enjoys watching enlightening documentaries, playing scrabble, chess and having a good laugh with family and friends.
Malcolm Moore
Malcolm Moore, a British Engineer with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is a veteran of the Oil and Gas Industry with more than 30 years of experience which has been focused on Plant Inspection, Asset Integrity and Maintenance both onshore and offshore on fixed and floating facilities.
Malcolm has been with some of the world leading Oil and gas Companies in senior Integrity related positions for the last 20 years starting with Brunei Shell Petroleum as Senior Plant Inspection Engineer, Reliability Engineer and Integrity Engineer covering the Offshore AMPA6, AMPA9 and Champion7 fields then moving Onshore to cover Brunei Shell’s Seria Oil Terminal, their only Tank Farm.
Moving from Brunei to Nigeria to join up with Chevron as Mechanical Integrity Engineer/Lead Corrosion Engineer based in their Escravos Tank Farm and Gas Plant. This was Malcolm’s first African assignment and a huge experience which covered facilities in Escarvos, Warri, Port Harcourt and Ikeja with many Offshore and Swamp Locations.
Malcolm’s next African adventure was when he joined up with Exxon Mobil (ESSO) in Angola in an Asset Integrity Senior Consulting role based in Luanda mainly dealing with integrity related issues on their Kizomba A and B FPSO’s and TLP’s as well as providing coaching and mentoring for young Angolan Engineers.
Later Malcolm arrived in Ghana Joining MODEC as their regional Asset Integrity Manager covering Tullow Oils Kwame Nkrumah FPSO in Ghana and CNR’s Baobab FPSO in Ivory Coast. This role was most challenging not only because of the travel between Ghana and Ivory Coast but also because the two oil companies Tullow and CNR operate differently and have their own individual standards.
In 2015 Malcolm moved back to Angola to resume his previous position as Senior Asset Integrity Consultant / Coach and mentor.
January 2019 saw Malcolm returning to Ghana to join i-Neema to help promote the Companies good name and Asset Integrity Services Division with the aim of becoming best in class not only in Ghana but throughout West Africa and beyond
Christian Etsey
Christian is an Administrator with 6+ years’ experience of coordinating office activities, handling external and internal communications, management systems and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
He has been with i-Neema for 5 years and during this period, he has successfully gone through numerous trainings in building quality business, client relations and human resource management to the standard of ISO 9001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007. He has obtained several credits in his line of duty that has enable him take on other positions such as Human Resource Personnel and Sourcing and Supplies Executive in the organization.
Some of his interests includes reading, football and hanging out with family and friends.
Ebenezer Nartey Apreku
Ebenezer Nartey Apreku, is a Civil Engineer from Takoradi Technical University. He has gained experience in the civil and oil and gas industries.
In addition to his civil Engineering Profession and Oil & Gas Industry experience, he has trainings on Health and safety, Quality Management to ISO 9001:2015 standard, OHSAS 18001:2007, Microsoft Project & Sales Strategies whiles at i-Neema Ghana Limited.
With his Belzona University trainings he is responsible for the Belzona sales and assessing Belzona solutions and repairs. He has been involved in high level Belzona repairs offshore and onshore in line with his current role as a Sales Engr. For i-Neema.
In his spare time, he loves listening to music indoors, watch historic movies, visit and spend time with family and friends.
Prince Nana Brako
Prince Nana Brako, is a Mechanical Engineering trained from Takoradi Technical University. In addition to his mechanical engineering qualification, he has trainings on Health and safety, Quality Management ISO 9001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007, and Composite repairs using Belzona Offshore and Onshore.
Equipped with his trainings from Belzona University, he oversea the Technical, Inspection and Belzona repairs and application for i-Neema Ghana Limited. Prince has been with i-Neema for 2 years.
He has led his team to successfully deliver jobs for the company on various FPSO’s operating Offshore Ghana, and Tank farms Onshore Ghana.
In his spare time, he enjoys playing Video Games, a visit to the beach and playing Basketball with friends.
